If you are not completely satisfied with your newly cleaned windows within a week, we will come and redo whatever house windows you’re not completely happy with free of charge.

Worried about stormy weather?
Our weather guarantee is that we will come back and clean any windows affected by stormy weather within a week of the clean for regular clients that have their windows cleaned quarterly or more frequently.

Will you arrive on-time?

Our On-time guarantee ensures our residential window cleaners arrive on time.  If they arrive even 20 minutes late without informing you of the change of plans at least 1 hour before, just inform our accounts department and they will deduct $70 off the price of the clean.
