Frequently asked questions

Window Cleaning

Pricing depends on factors like window size, number of windows, and accessibility. Contact us for a free quote!

Yes! Cleaning flyscreen is usually included with your window cleaning booking, deep track cleaning is an additional service that we provide. Let us know if this is something you require and we will add this to your quote.

No, we no longer provide hardwater stain removal as part of our services. Paint removal may incur additional costs.

Light rain usually doesn’t affect our service, but in case of heavy rain or storms, we’ll reschedule at no extra cost.

Gutter Cleaning

No, we clean gutters by scooping up any wet buildup and use blowers to lift up dry debris. We then flush the downpipes to make sure the gutters can drain properly.

We recommend cleaning your gutters twice a year—once before the rainy season and once before fire season.

Clearing your gutters ahead of wet weather ensures that rainwater flows freely through the downpipes, preventing blockages that can lead to water buildup and costly ceiling damage.

If you live in a fire-prone area, it’s equally important to clean gutters before the hot season. Dry leaves and debris trapped in gutters can act as fuel, increasing the risk of fire if embers or sparks are carried by the wind

Pressure Cleaning

Pressure cleaning (or pressure washing) uses high-pressure water to remove dirt, grime, mould, and other contaminants from surfaces like driveways, walls, and roofs.

Most outdoor surfaces can be pressure cleaned, including concrete, pavers, brick, render, decks, fences, roofs, and even solar panels. We always assess the surface to ensure the correct pressure and technique are used.

Typically once a year, but this can vary depending on your location, weather exposure, and surrounding environment. Properties near trees or high-traffic areas may benefit from more frequent cleaning.

Solar Panel Cleaning

Dirt, dust, bird droppings, and other debris can block sunlight and reduce your panels’ efficiency—sometimes by up to 30%. Regular cleaning helps maintain optimal energy output and protects your investment.

We recommend cleaning at least twice a year, though properties in dusty areas, near trees, or with flat-mounted panels may benefit from more frequent maintenance

No. High-pressure water can damage the panel surface and seals. We use specialised soft-brush systems and purified water to clean panels safely and effectively.
